What type of sizing do you use on your site?
Our sizing and measurments are listed under the details in most of our items. This includes the measurements of the bust, waist, and length of a garment that is laying on a flat surface.
All of the brands that we carry are considered juniors and misses clothing. These "boutique sizes" are generally smaller than womens sizes.
What is your return policy?
At this time, JOYS has a "no returns" policy. All sales are final.
Exchanges can be made in-store only. Simply bring the item you desire to exchange, along with your receipt. You will be given
store credit that you may use in-store only and not online.
We cannot accept exchanges on store-bought items online. Please exchange any store-bought items in-store.
Can I cancel my order?
There are no cancellations. All sales are final.
How do I track my order?
Once your purchase has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Can I buy a gift card?
At this time, we do not offer gift cards.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Most in-stock items will shipped within 7-10 business days after placement.
Occaionally, items may be out-of-stock temporarily. If this should occur, you will be notified within 2-5 business days with an approximate date of shipment or cancellation.
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.75 within the United States. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a 2-3 day transit time. Overnight delivery orders will be charged an additional fee.
Items ordered through our website cannot be shipped to our stores for pick-up.
